I've been having a lot of fun creating custom Anomia decks lately.  I've made a few for friends and am considering offering this as a service.

Below you can see a few cards from the deck I made for my family.  It features card categories inspired by our day to day life: favorite TV show characters, school teachers, friends of my children, and of course, the latest place that the cat decided to throw up.
